They just had a public offering of 4.6 Million shares it would
seem insiders bought a good portion of that. Their earnings are out
today? Consensus seems to indicate they are going to beat
estimates. I am curious Matt; did you take a bite on this
one?

RIGL - Chart Link - The Chief Commercial Officer purchased 100,000 shares or $325K worth of stock for an average price of $3.26 on Sept 10th.
Price is below where he bought now, and appears to be coming back to support
