They use that type a lot, but this is filet (better meat), you
let it soak in the sauce for a couple hrs, then grill it. Then
slice it up and put more on it, here's the recipe. For the
garlic use raw garlic and chop it fine, do the same with the
parsley, the rest you just mix in, very good stuff! The
amounts below is a small amount, I typically multiple it by 6
