remember you guys are traders, day traders or swing trades, even intermediate traders etc, has nothing to do with what Buffet does, he buys companies and holds them for decades, you are buying stocks and selling them in days or weeks or even if you held a couple years it's nothing like what Buffet does.  Even if you are only managing a 401K and holding it for years in bull markets, that has nothing to do with what Buffet does.
