$VIX - Chart Link - note the VIX is barely
outside its BB's, wouldn't take much to go back inside the BB's for
a sell signal. Again the signal could be for a day or days, but
something to note
$VXN is also below is BB. Back in the 2016 correction, it could
go back inside the BB for a day or two, then $VXN continued down as
the $NDX powered on up
