personally I'd favor a long breakout, since I'm not a fan of
shorting < $10 stocks (except maybe intraday). Also, if Japan
were to make some after hours announcements about their nuclear
power plant restarts, CCJ could have a massive surge and shorts
could get the squeeze of a lifetime. (In other words, a break
either way could happen, but shorting this could be
dangerous.)

I've put out CCJ a couple times, but i know it entered the triangle in a downtrend. Looks good higher to me as well. Has been weak a long time.
