Interesting! Thanks Steve. Of course we all know that March 2000
was the high month before the bear which lead to the crash, but I
didn't know it was also when the VIX was also up.

The last time the S&P 500 rallied more than 2% to a 52-week high during a little over a week, and the VIX was also up 10% was March 24, 2000.
