cannot get a new buy signal last week because it's already on

Matt, I am curios why was not a Buy signal around Oct 17-20,2017 and July 1st,2018 ? The DI+ cross the DI-and there was a PMOBUYALL strong Up candle.

yes I think you have your dates wrong, the -DI crosses above the -DI on Oct 13th, and on that day the PMOBUYALL had a down day.
