In case anyone out there is in need of a new computer, I can't say
enough good things about the hardware and tech support

I've got about a three year old F-35 and the hard drive, which was
mechanical, started to give out. Fortunately their backup drive did
a perfect job and (since the hard drive was out of warranty) they
sold me a new SSD drive, overnighted it to me, and then talked me
through the installation and restore (and I'm pretty ungeekly). I
can't believe what a huge difference the SSD drive has made -- the
machine was really fast before and it's significantly faster now.
I'm actually glad the drive failed because I'm so happy with the
improvement. Anyhow, just felt like giving them a free ad because
those guys really do make the best trading computers and their tech
support as the best I've ever had from any company.
Yep couldn't agree more. You can call them and get one of
their tech guys on the phone anytime they are open, they will talk
to you as long as you need, and come onto your computer if they
need to. They are right in Wyoming I think vs talking to a
guy in India. The tech support is outstanding
