Nothing has changed fundamentally..it's a VERY THIN stock and I
prefer to buy dips.
As I stated on the chart in January after the big move, scaling
out of a few is prudent and adding back on dips for those who look
for a longer term play.
This stock can be extremely volatile (as I stated since it's
very low float). Read comments on the chart back in
November.
ok - it's just that you mentioned recently you were expecting
some news - and this was the reaction on the news
Answer: The company filed their 10k and reported sales
grew from $2.5 million in 2015 to $12.9 million in 2016. Gross
profit rose from $1.0 in 2015 to $5.1 million in 2016. Net profit
was $567,000 for 2016 since they elected to expense all R&D
($2.9 million) instead of capitalizing development costs and also
took a one time write down from legacy business. Early
stage software companies are about growth as I stated in my
comments on the chart.
My focus remains on the longer term picture and will be watching
for additional business developments over the weeks. Trade your
plan. What's most important to me is future developments that
continue to reflect rapid growth. Make no mistake, this is a thinly
traded stock and subject to such gyrations as I clearly stated
several times and I expect the company to continue to invest in
their application software. This is very similar to MXPT (another
software company) that mentioned a couple weeks ago.
No - it was not the news. Read the 10-K. They
performed as expected in Q4 but had 2 sizable one time write-offs
to set the balance sheet to be financially conservative. One
was a bad debt from 2014 (prior business) and another was write-off
of software development costs for CreateApp v.3.0 from 2015 and
2016 rather than capitalizing it.

Buying opportunity? or wait for 3.5?
Because of the low float

Because of the low float - who knows! Recommend staging in. This is a good price.
