$OVX - Chart Link - will likely close back
inside it's Bollinger Bands today, it's still early though so have
to check at the close. The last 4 signals have been pretty
good, however it's always best to confirm via the instrument
itself. USO is basically at the 200 day MA, so it's a
potential bounce area, however the 60 min chart to me doesn't look
that great on USO, we'll see...
