    When you put information out on a free public website (like Bespoke does) that anyone on the net in any part of the world can access without charge, I would think it would be extremely unlikely that the provider could claim a work product violation. I would also speculate that they do this so that a prospective subscriber(s) would find their FREE information valuable and would then choose to subscribe to their service. I think its called "advertising" . I only pass along information on this site that I read that is free to everyone if you look hard enough to find it. The Bespoke charts and illustrations are produced in a very distinct format, so that anyone who reads a view will recognize their material pretty easily. 

    I doubt that Julian Assange and Wikileaks will be hacking and releasing BPT intra-member emails anytime soon to the general public.

    Just out of layman's curiosity, how is that protected work - the dates and figures quoted are public knowledge. Anyone could look up the dates of unveiling and product release, and the pricing of a publicly traded stock is a matter of public record, not so?
