Remember guys, SPY is likely to drop Friday, as the ex dividend
date is Friday, so shareholders on record as of tomorrow will
receive the 1.08 per share dividend.
Now even though I expect SPY to drop on that, I generally find
that overall it's a positive and that SPY rebounds about where it
would have been anyway, so the added dividend ends up being a
bonus.
of course if you don't care about that you an sell SPY today and
probably buy it back on Friday morning for a good buck lower
