an early FYI - should the SPX close down today the SPY Pro is
likely to take a long position at the close. This is just an
early notification so that if you follow the system, make sure to
check back late in the day. On the other hand my ES system
will likely be going long unless we get a big rally intra day.
On a side note, all the trade types for the new version of the
SPY Pro have been completed for a while. The only thing left
to do is trying to do the statistics in order to determine if I
send the trade signals for the combined SPY Pro system, or instead
signals from all of the 22 individual systems. Sending trade
signals for all the individual systems is complicated because there
is trade overlap where 2 or sometimes even 3 subsystems might be
long at the same time, or you could have 2 systems in a short for a
while at the same time, therefore trying to decide on things like
what % each trade takes is not easy. For example if you
entered a long position with 60%, and then the system over the next
3 weeks while in that trade, two other sub systems when long, what
do you do as far as percentages. It's not an easy thing as I
have to look at every signal trade and see how they overlap, then
decide from there what percentage I would allow for each trade
type. Some trade types like the bear market long, or
exhaustion bear long types I would allow for a much higher % for
the initial entry since those are such strong trades, but again
it's a lot of work to go over it all
whatever you want. I will say that only 1 of the
subsystems out of the 22 individual systems that make up the system
went long. I plan to report trades that occur from the other
sub systems as their occur, this could mean that you could have
times when 2 or 3 sub systems overlap some and area all in a long
trade for a time, or times when you could have say 2 systems in a
long and one system in a short, so technically you would be in just
one net long position until one of them closed. I have not
decided yet how to handle the math on all that

If I went long on today's system, how will I know when your are
giving a sell signal for just this system and not
another...assuming more than one sub-system is long at the same
time?
it's made very clear when the system is exiting a trade and
going to cash, vs a scale in or scaleout etc
if you look at past emails, they contain statements like, the SPY
system is closing it's long trade tomorrow morning and going to a
cash position. I don't think that could be mistaken for a
scale in or scale out

Is this signal partial entry or 100% with the new system?
whatever you want. I will

BKX so far trading below

BKX so far trading below the lower channel line and the 50 sma. With expectations of no rate hike, this should be one of the weaker sectors.
