Yes sort of, bounce in price would have to be below the long
term MA's for the main trades, however there are three short trade
types that can occur above long term MA's like the Trap short, 60
Stochastic Short, and Exhaustion short, there's a lot to it

FYI the SPY systems will not go long before a certain price,
looks like on SPY Pro it won't go long below 206.10 because then
price will be below the long term MA which will not allow the
system to go long. So basically price is in a range today
where it will go long below X but not below Y etc. We'll just
have to see how the day unfolds, basically it's on the edge
