good question, I think is a weird code thing: technically
the system would have entered yesterday as the RSI 2 was oversold,
but remember that a filter prevented it. However today near
the close the filter was lifted, I think what's happening is that
the system code is counting yesterday (when price was above the
long term MA) and so it's allowing it to enter today since the
filter is lifted even though price is below the MA.
that's why this coding stuff gets complicated, lot's of
unforeseen crap like that can crop up
