they filed a form 12b-5 this morning, stating that: ' form 10k
for 12/31/14 plus audited financial statement will be delayed, but
is anticipated to be filed on or before the 15th calendar day
following the prescribed due date of the form 10k' (whenever that
is)
That delay was expected...not material at all. No changes with
company fundamentals so scaling in a few on selling. Remain prudent
as always in this market.
on SVLT - simply put it rallied too too much in the
short term, was way over extended, and now maybe the pullback is
also a little too extreme in the short term as well, like an
inverted V, so probably not a bad place to look for scale ins if
you like it

That delay was expected...not material at all. No changes with company fundamentals so scaling in a few on selling. Remain prudent as always in this market.
