GDP revision tomorrow. There is the potential for an outsized
negative revision relative to the consensus guessers. The reaction
to that could look like yesterday.
a_l here's another one of those custom charts, this one I
use every day myself, this one is custom NYSE tick,
first off every morning when a gap occurs, which is about every
day these days, it gives you the % probability of filling the gap,
today it suggested that the gap would be filled, which it was, it
does this within 30 seconds of the open. I could probably
post this every morning, plus would be a good test of how well that
works anyway
Next it gives you these tick extremes during the day which I
also find useful, and notes areas where stops have been triggered
etc. You see the tick extremes you can generally look to buy a
pullback or short a short a bounce basically
Matt, it would be great if you could post that custom
chart after the opening with a few comments on how to
read it on potential gap fills. Perhaps you could also post it from
time to time during the day, or just post your thoughts on what
it's saying when you think it's worthwhile. Thanks a lot.
