RATE triggered but it has gone very far already this morning. i
took a small long with a 6 cent stop. wondering if it had gone too
far for a long. 10:08 am eastern time
Take note on RATE of the previous high at 12.79 and trail stops
upward with light volume on this move higher thus far. Even
better to take an intraday signal (break of small coil) versus
waiting for a daily break of resistance.
