I look for secondary spike in vix after rsi2 had gone over 95
and a candle with long a tail. Then right before close I
enter in to XIV then hold it till RSI2 make a low below 10 where I
exit. In the event that It spikes against me I watch RSI2 to
either make a lower high and avg down. In most case this
trade has worked out for me.

clearly the VIX will close way back inside the BB's today, heck of a bounce, but things were stretched
