I also threw it in last night's letter. anyway those are
the type of plays that we have started shifting to over the last
year or two, pullback plays into support, vs high breakouts like
some sites I know where it's too easy for the stock to trigger and
people get get in and it reverses and they are caught.
Steve and I know one guy who trades pretty much only buys
horizontal breakout plays. He will literally trade a stop for
8 - 10 cents, buy a breakout at $20 for example and be out at
$20.10 and call it a great trade LOL. What's funny is that he
makes a good living at it, but in reality most people can't do that
and they get trapped holding if it reverses while he is out
