I think the SPY Pro is going to go long at the close, however
I'm going to let it confirm for me, then I will send an email out.
If you wanted to do the trade you can do it in after hrs as
it trades until 8 pm EST with 1 cent spreads. Clearly the
market is pretty scary.
Short covering in the Russell futures into the close, then the
sellers took it down 31 ticks in the last minute (largest 1m down
move all day). That's not evidence of capitulation and now there's
a 2nd, lower close below KEY long-term daily/weekly/monthly support
in the 1078 range. The market is now configured with multiple
levels of resistance overhead and basically nothing but air below.
If the bulls can't reclaim 1078 convincingly, watch out below.
