YEP! can't saw we didn't stalk that coffee trade for a
while - it was overdue anyway , was so oversold, and the weekly
charts looked ready for a bounce back in Nov, it started off slow
but finally has been moving well
Not questioning whether they'll work, but the CA drought may not
be the rationale - these etfs don't match up with California crops.
But Jo is a monster here.
The central valley & SJ are much more specialized in
vegetables & nuts - 20% of all lettuce production, etc. Again,
just suggesting a broader thesis than CA drought.

JO and DBA

I bought a bit of march calls for JO and DBA. The drought in the San Joaquin valley of Calif is preventing farmers from planting annual crops.
You may want to check the holdings of JO & DBA -

I appreciate your input. DBA is wheat, corn, soybeans, sugar. I think they grow all but sugar. Plus I am growing cantelope this year in my garden!
The closest match with DBA is cotton - a 2.78% holding
