We got a lower high at 1838 following the initial move down to 1828.
Yes. Just saw that lower high. Can be easily overlooked because it looked like part of the decline.
You must be careful and closely examine the intraday charts and not make false assumptions since they can indeed be easily overlooked as you stated.
