On the question of timing, the downward moves towards the
monthly MA20 have tended to occur between Jun-Oct. Beneficial to
look at the indicators on the weekly chart for signs of a
reversal.

Looking Back since 2000 on the monthly Chart, anytime during the year we are
trading over the 20 Monthly Moving Avg, we always go down to it or at-least close.
We only have about 4 months left in year 2013. we might have a very hard drop and
then recover and close higher for the year.
OR keep this trend higher for every 2 or 3 % drop would be bought. and then start
2014 in the RED.
PS: Notice how the trend line connecting the lows of 2008 and 2011, is parallel to 20 MtlyMA since 02/2013
