here's an updated chart of the SPX daily with the BPT MA Deluxe
- the main one is still red, however the other one turned blue as
you can see on the chart
here's the updated chart, as you can see the blue area is now
gone - funny how that turned blue when the SPX was up nearly 20
points this morning before the large afternoon pullback
here's SPX with the two BPT MA's, once again earlier today at
the highs the second BPT MA deluxe was blue - now it's gone -
useful guide. Clearly that price zone is important near the
gap with all the daily MA's as well
Matt -- would be interesting to test the following if you could
-- take the blue as a short alert and then pull the trigger when it
disappears (indicating that the strength is fading)
bkout3- yes that
would be interesting, and I should add an audio alert to it to
notify us so when it turns color we get an audible alert on our
computer. Similar to the SPY systems, I've noticed that many
times intra day a signal is being generated only to disappear by
the close, however if you took the intra day signals, many times
they provided great day trades
Charts in my Tradestation workspace that I downloaded from the
website don't match yours so I think I'll just forget about trying
to reproduce your charts. Sorry but I can't figure out what is
different and I appreciate the way you follow the indicators in the
community forum.
smoothy- there are
two workspaces provided on the website and they are the exact same
workspaces that I use, so it has to be the same, make sure you
download BOTH workspaces because you mention one - also there are a
lot of charts on each workspace, perhaps some of the charts are
being covered up or are in the background or minimized, make sure
to look at all the chart on each workspace - then I suggest that
you save and format the workspaces to fit your monitor the best

Does this mean that the trend is likely to turn up, and hence get ready to go long on apropriate entry trigger.
OR does it mean that this is a good opportunity to establish shorts as you have mentioned in the past?
Thanks.
