Windows 7 and Vista both have speech recognition software.
Pretty easy to use. You can click in the message body and just
talk. There is a short list of commands in the software called
"What can I say".
Might help save your wrist for more important stuff.

I think today is going to be more they chop up day for the market with OPEX, and after the last two big trend days generally you get some chop.
