what does it mean when VXX is up? Should be down on a market up
day. I'm not sure about that but I think I saw that before
and there are good chances that VXX is leading by a day and
will follow through tomorrow. Stocks would go down tomorrow.

60 min VIX chart from Monday's letter - for now it ran right into
resistance via the downtrend line and stochastics were overbought
for a proper wedge would be best to have another pullback in side
the wedge, we'l see...

Usually buying Insurance on longs after a BIG move is why VIX and VXX are picking up. VIX started yesterday.
