Sprint up! What to do w/ this long?

Matt, Steve or anyone w/ more experience:  I own some Sprint (thank you Dan F.!) and it's up 18% pre-market on news (not rumour) that Japan's Softbank is seeking to buy 2/3 of the company.  Is this a "sell the news" event or is it more likely to hold onto these gains and remain strong?  I don't know what to think.  So, what typically happens to stock prices on such events?  Stop loss now at 5% above entry, i.e. 5.30.  Stock currently at 5.96.

    Softbank is in talks to

Softbank is in talks to buy a 75% stake in Sprint (S), and is also interested in acquiring Clearwire (CLWR), CNBC's David Faber reports. A deal between the Japanese bank and Sprint could be announced over the next week or two, Faber added. Softbank has interested in Clearwire’s spectrum, the reporter noted.

Clearwire has been a bug a boo for Sprint from memory and they have multiple times had to pitch in funds to keep them afloat.  Getting them off their back could be nice but I still think taking some piece off today is judicious.  You may be able to use Matt's 5 min 60 stoch trend to keep you in for the day - otherwise pick a price and start scaling until comfortable.

    Great trade!
