So whats new?   McHugh has some good stuff, but way too much of a newsletter pimps and he distorts facts to sell copy, nuff said.

That being said, my D5 indicator says at least an immediate 3 to 4 percent drop, maybe 11%, starting now and running a week or 3

I found this performance review of McHugh's past predictive statements.  Each statement is quoted along with the market's performance in the subsequent weeks/months.  Notice in the last column there is a small red "+" or "-".   He has a lot more minuses (incorrect prediction) than pluses.
