Yes Draghi as I noted was making statements but others in Europe
have already come out against his first statements so unless they
recant and show support whatever he says, without any action, is
meaningless.
Also the jobs missed estimates but not by so much that it will
force any earlier action then the Fed has already outlined (cue
Matt with a market crack statement).
