early in the month to trade off a monthly indicator.
otherwise here's a Stockchart URL to my monthly SPX chart with
all the indicators including the ROC. However note that the
SPX hit the upper bollinger band as Steve showed in this weekend
newsletter, so that was certainly a logical area for the SPX to
pullback from
ROC 12 monthly SPX
