regarding my back as well as the numerous PMS that I received.
My back is back to 100% now.
Stretching and exercise is the key, which lately I have not been
getting and I need to change that. Our business, while it can
be rewarding, is hard on the body, sitting here all day, poor
posture, etc.
One thing I do have is a 'Sit to Stand' power desk, I can push a
button to raise or lower my desk so that I can either sit or stand
at my desk, here's a link

Basically with a combination of stretching and laying down, my back got better by Saturday/Sunday.
