10/27/2011: Multi Entry
System4th Short Entry
Notification

$128.00, the SPY swing system will add a 4th
entry of 20% to its current 80% stake for a total position size of
100% of allocated capital.

I remember BP implementing a stop loss rule for the spy system
but can not find any information on the web site. Can you
please explain the rule, if there is one, thanks.
There was a discussion regarding a 6.5% stop and then re-entry
but was never implemented into the system. The amount of
trades it ultimately changed were limited and there was also
discussion of starting to possibly over-optimize based on one
trade. As always we will continue to monitor that and other
options.
The system does not have a "stop" but obviously there are rules
for exiting a long and short trade. Generally the system will
look for weakness (downward price movement) to close out a short
trade. Considering we just got into the 4th entry the system
will likely wait to see some trading first unless we get a strong
move that causes a close. I will keep everyone abreast of any
changes or updates.
The only dynamic pages that have been changed in the SPY Section
are the Current Trade and Trade History. The other pages were
more Overview at the time of launch and I imagine those other pages
will not be updated until the system is re-launched to new
subscribers and then the images and write-ups will be updated as
well as updated thoughts. The only real sections I would say
have older (not updated) data would be the Key Stats on the
Overview page, Stats on each of the system's pages (Single &
Multi) and the compounding page. Otherwise even if the data
is older it is still pertinent (FAQ, benefits of scale ins,
disclaimer etc.). If you have any questions on something
specific in the section please feel free to PM or email me.

Can you tell us if there is a plan to possibly stop this trade out? Thanks and thanks again to Brkpt for extending the sub time. It was very generous.

I'm sure BPT will address this, but...

there's no stops in the system. It was considered, but after analysis BPT decided against it.
