SPY system comments

last week the system missed entering a short, it was fairly close.

Otherwise if the market were to sell off strong enough and say go to new lows, the system may also go long!  Remember that while the majority of trades will be shorts (when SPY is below the long term MA), not all the trades will be shorts, there can also be some longs.  Just like the system will take a few shorts here and there when SPY is above the long term MA.  This has been discussed before of course and is mentioned in the FAQ.

Honestly I wouldn't mind the long entry after a nice sell off because the market would be deeply oversold especially if it were to occur in the 1050 - 1070 range.

Otherwise at this time, no new trade is close either on the long or short side

    When the blog is so

When the blog is so quiet, it's nice to have an update from our fearless leader. Thanks Matt.

    Why the lack of posts?

Why the lack of posts?  Well I think people have already looked at every possible angle, asked every question imaginable, and been through every emotion, so until there is a trade, there is probably not much to talk about.

It's kind of like the dude living in the trailer park who's already dated every girl living there, until another one moves in, what's there to do LOL
