That link to the pivots calculations page is great - sure not something easily found by google. But there are a choice of formulas for the various pivots. Should I just go with the defaults? Is the Floor Traders Pivot calculated (High + Low + Close)/3 ??

And when calculating it for the ES futures, you'd have to include the overnight trading, right? 

I'm learning so much practical stuff from this site. Eventually I hope to also be more helpful to you guys.
