If you could send an email to Spy System subscribers when you
know from the system that
there will be no buy or sell signal for the day, that would
be very helpful. To send the email as early as possible would
be most helpful.
I'm finding the postings informative. Keep up the good
work.
I'm still amazed that we were given the opportunity to have
access this system. This kind of thing, historically, has
been reserved for the uber-rich to become uber-richer.
Matt, Tom, Steve, James thank you so much for sharing. We
owe you big time.

I prefer to stay with an email if there is a possible trade. If
for some reason an email goes out stating there will be "no trade"
and then that changes for some odd reason then all the complaints
will bombard this board. If someone wants additional info on
possible non-trade days, then they should just check this SPY blog
near the end of the day and/or "cut & paste" the 1min SPY chart
with the yellow zone to their smart phone. With the 1min SPY chart
you can check it very, very easily throughout the day.
stevedfw - To be clear, the 1 min chart is only valid on the day
that Matt updates it. On these days we'll
also receive an email/sms telling us to check the
blog.
Maybe I'm missing something simple, but what I see on the
Current Trade - Custom Alert tab may not be up to date. I
haven't heard that this is automatically refreshed by the
system. If this is so, great. If not, there is no
refresh button on the page. So the message could very well
not be current -- and this is not trivial information. A
browser refresh takes the user away from the Current Trade
page. Then, user must wait for the page to load, click Single
Entry tab, click Current Trade tab, just to see that nothing has
changed on the Custom Alert. I don't understand why others
find this exercise, especially if one is doing it multiple times in
expectation of a trade alert toward the market close. Please
tell me what to click, ONCE, to get the Current Trade message and
I'll be quite happy.
Also, I suggest that some contributors to this board give more
thought their civility. Hopefully, enough said.

You raise a point I have been wondering about. How to get
to the Current Trade message without so many "clicks" - maybe
someone else has figured a way.

Maybe he could enter the trade for you, too.
Come on, he's doing plenty already. Then folks would only get confused because they'd think the email/sms would constitute a buy or sell, etc.
Let's make this simple. It's fine the way it is.

Please don't do that. Things are fine the way they are. Matt has enough to do.

Bluebird--
Thanks for your post. I was beginning to think I was alone with all this clicking to get a refresh.
