I've found the data cache is frequently the cause...close down TS, navigate to your TS folder  /programfiles/Tradestation/cache

    Delete the entire cache folder and then restart TS, it will recreate this.

    If this doesn't help, then you may want to start with a new Desktop and New Workspaces, cause these can easily get corrupted and trhere's no other solution than rebuilding your workspaces.
