focus on here and now and not the past and what you could have
or should have done. Trading is 10% charts and 90% mental.
Try to keep the emotion out of it, the masses trade off
emotion. Focus on here and now and moving forward and
improving your trading, not the big trade you missed or the fish
that got away, it doesn't help and is only destructive to ones
psychology.
