Matt on xlf looks like breaout is just above 15. Do you think
the market is too overbought in the short run to let the xlf
to do a lasting breakout. Thanks in advance for all your help.
I love to play ETFs, except when I think I might have a better
individual name and in this case I like USB. Also when it
comes to financials I just don't know I want exposure to the
basket, I think I prefer cherry picking.
I'm not sure, on one hand I really like the base on XLF, but yes
market has been up for so long, who knows. react to what the
market does.
however the best thing would be for the XLF not to breakout now
and for the market to work off some of the overbought, then if XLF
held up and consolidated below resistance, it would probably have
the energy for a sustained breakout. I'd start looking at the
banks and look at individual stocks that look good as well. I
will do so as well

Thanks for posting! USB does look mighty good. Looks like resistance at 200EMA on weekly chart at 25.13 will give it a little challenge as well.
