well I have to point out that the trade ideas buton and watchlist has been loaded with tons of longsover the past week, so hopefully a few of you caught them.  There has been no shortage of long ideas here.

as I like to say, it's easier to trade individual stocks with good patterns than it is trying to play the market indexes all the time, if you are struggeling trying to play the indexes are you have a biased that is getting in your way, then try to focus on trading some individual stocks, lose the bias.
