BPT systems doing well

Yesterday the BPT systems got chopped around, however they are doing well today, the FAZ 7 min systems went long yesterday afternoon, and so did the SRS 15 min swing system, both are up nicely due to this gap down today.

Also the new FAS 7 min system is short from yesterday (which is a short on the market) and is also doing well on this gap down Friday

    For the new 7min system,

For the new 7min system, how much forward testing has been done using the set parameters?

    about 1 month forward testing.

about 1 month forward testing.  But honestly I have not found forward testing to make much difference with these 2-3 times ETF leveraged funds, that's just what I've found personally.

the old FAZ 7min system was made in Sept of last year and so it has plenty of forward testing (8 months now).  The newer FAZ 7 min system has about a month into it.

if you don't trust em, don't run em.

I have been running it - both FAZ and FAS, because I can't sell regular shorts - for a couple of weeks and think it has been doing very well.  Yesterday's switch to FAZ was beautiful.  Go for it,  MBP

rank10 - good job, and me too, because of the jobs data, I really thought about closing them out yesterday, but I'm glad that I followed the systems.

As I've written before, following mechanical systems is very tough psychologically.  My programmer runs the systems as well, and he has to force himself not to look at them, otherwise he will mess with them, it's tougher than you think, even though mechanical systems are supposed to take away the emotion, I find that they do the opposite at times lol
