All the indexes are lagging the small caps, including COMPQX and
NYSE. Today's volume in the NYSE is so far tracking less than
Monday's which was less than Friday's (ops. exp.).
One other thing of note is EWZ, which was pushing
higher as the indexes did is sputtering.
