I mentioned this one awhile back and it is looking positive. Its a monthly dividend payer that I've had on my radar for awhile and have started buying in the last few months. The service they provide are of interest to municipals looking for ways to save money transporting students.

Definitely for us older guys looking for a dividend paycheck.

I've been interested in CEFs for a couple of years now. Any market can be traded there with great yields but of course these are special and require some knowledge before diving in.

markets bouncing today so alot of this will look like they are bouncing...zooming out a bit it is oversold on the daily and showing preliminary signs of recovering on stochs and RSI but MACD still pointing lower
