I forgot to set an alert so missed exiting at the highs.  I need to monitor now and reform an exit strategy.

What do we make on NINE here.  It’s literally all over the place.   $1 + range for this stock is a lot.

Another point for a quick reversion to mean are the volatility systems.  Both EEM and QQQ are showing long to me on my volatility system charts.  Anyone else see that?

Better alternative to what?  Look at the win % and profit factor.  I'm not sure what alternative you are looking for.

Indeed.  Very helpful.   Thank you for sharing.  I wasn't aware this trick can work on options charts as well but now that you say it out loud of course it does, why wouldn't it.  I attached what I saw on the IWM chart but when I flip to options I see exactly what you pointed out.  Thanks for teaching us.

Andy:  I'm curious which time frames you were looking at on IWM on this trade.  None of my MACD Kiss / Stoch triggered today. 

I did a spot check and seeing inconsistent close prices on a number of stocks, XLE and META are other examples.

Was there an error on some of the STS tables?  I see MSFT show a close of 344.10, whereas it closed at 359.49.

Is EEM a short?

Matt, hoping you can touch on this for the newsletter tonight.  I am playing around with the volatility systems on my own and would today's move qualify it to be a short?  The EM VIX open above the the BB but closed inside.  Would this make it a good candidate to short?  See attached.

In general he does it based on closing price but everyone has their own risk threshold.  You should determine what yours is and trade accordingly.  I do it on a closing basis as well.
