thats right! we have to be objective in this business.

But Blithe, the only hope you have is to accept the fact that you're already dead. And the sooner you accept that, the sooner you'll be able to function as a soldier is supposed to function. Without mercy. Without compassion. Without remorse. All war depends upon it.

Revise as a trader: We're all emotional.   You hid in that ditch because you think there's still hope. But as a Novice trader, the only hope we have is to accept that fact that we're meant to lose, and learn from our mistakes. And the sooner you accept that, the sooner we'll be able to function and progress to become a Pro trader.

SRS is holding up against the sp500. Good sign for Relative strenght

If xlf closes on postive candle with another follow thru above the 50 ma on th 5 min, then no play to the downside.

ON the 5 min Chart, the 8, and 21 EMAs crossed the 50MA on the SPY, however. I dont' see any MACD divergence. 

Would it be a better probability to wait for Positive Divergence on the MaCD? If this was the case, then the market would need to fall further down now

What does it mean when a stock gaps down, but then within the 1st hour is able to fill its gap and stay there consildating?

Wow. I stipped away my emotions as I saw it fall back in the last 10 mins, but held on and gained!

Is SRS in a mini bear flag on the 5 min charts?

SRS is acting pretty strong here against the uptrend in the market. Perhaps it's works as a short today so that tomorrow, it might blast off to the upside with the mechanical systems triggering it?

matt can you talk about using timeframes on macd divergence. which ones are more important for a higher probability play?
