I checked my other feed, I see them there. But I would call them tails or shadows (or volatility ) as they originate from a candle.

FWIW, I also follow the SPY 1 min. and not seeing those spikes...

seems like a simple game plan today. Sold my shorts at around 1248. Stand pat for a fib retracement to around 1256 and short again. (or do nothing till Monday). Tempted to short though... also keep an eye on the USD, getting close to its resistance

kalimm, don't know if that question was directed at me but if so, I don't  know or care what Prehcter (or anyone else for that matter) is "predicting". My own common sense and gut feeling has been doing alright by me for the last while.

I agree about shorting. I have to feel very very agressive before I short but I  dump them very quickly (as soon as i get some Vodka money )

But i WILL short or close positions as soon as sentiment turns overly bullish! ...pretty close to that now.
