Yes eventually I am sure it will go to new highs but does eventually mean in the next 2-3 months or 12-18 months?

I believe a diamond pattern chart which is close to a top  is bearish pattern in most cases. If we are getting to an end of a B uptrend advance on the SPY it would be a bearish diamond. Similar to chart below.

W huge move last few weeks

The extra 310 billion will probably be funded by Wednesday if they agree on the deal by tomorrow, but the real question is once the economy starts opening up the sales volumes especially for restaurants, retail stores, travel & hospitality will drop significantly for many many months. How will they be able to survive long term with 30%-50% drop in sales?

 4  friends of mine who have small business all applied between  5-8  days ago with their Banks none got it yet.
