hi, I need some help, I'm trying to pay an accelerated payment to extend my subscription (before the account auto renews) but all I'm getting from admin is pay via net billing ? I'm in Australia so can someone please let me know how "pay via netbilling" works. Do I go to the net billing website and look up BPT or use the BPT email address ? thanks

Thanks, if I can make one suggestion in the KISS tab / SPX / daily window can you please put the date next a recommendation along with the STS and the same for new STS levels. All it says in there at the moment is "back long" and the chart from what I can tell doesn't have the new STS entry stop on it.  When I say clients I mean BPT clients in general. A lot of them are probably not short term traders and pay money for the advertised Kiss SPX system and what used to be the paint dry system. I accept the tables are Beta but the online Kiss system / SPX / daily is not and now I understand you are using your own charts for this. So just saying this section of the website needs to be a bit better than "back long" and should be easy to do if these signals are only generated 3-4 times a year :) 

Hi guys, I need help with the new daily Kiss systems. The email I got today says the SPX KISS daily has gone back long (a few days ago) but in the Kiss tables which are supposed to be updated daily the SPY is showing flat and the $INX is showing flat ? also under the kiss spx daily tab section there are no chart updates. Can we have a chart like the one below for the KISS SPX daily with simple annotations, back long, back to safety etc. A lot of clients would like and appreciate this simplicity and easy to understand approach (a picture says a thousand words) but I feel I have to dig around to find it and get confused as well :(

Hi, I'm pretty new here so bare with me. Just looking at the KISS system spx daily chart. When the purple line comes in is that the single to exit longs or is it when the STS is hit. Do you use the daily close for the stop or intraday ? also what does it mean when for eg the STS colour changes to purple (you can see it in the image I've posted of the latest chart). Is it an updated STS but a warning that the trend has changed ?

Just wondering if the Kiss spx longer term daily system has gone short ? looks like the latest stop has been broken and the purple overhead line in place...might pay to take some of the shorter term long systems off the table if that's the case ?

hi guys, in the systems section of the website under stats then overview. In the summary table is it possible to have a column for the sub system abbreviation names (the ones used in the text message alerts) ? as a new guy the abbreviations like GWRE mean nothing. I'm guessing BKSY is break out system...

Hi guys, just started my subscription here.  Very happy with the site and hope you continue to provide and develop your SPY systems. Just a little confused at the moment though as you are saying its ok to trade the spy etf's based on the ES signals and vice versa.  At the moment though we just got a 1st entry long today on the spy but at the same time we have an ES short signal still open (which will negate any new long etf position). So just wondering how to treat these moments in time when this happens.  Are we supposed to close out the ES short if the system changes to long or keep them both open and stick to the signals ?...thanks Guy
