Thanks for the discussion of these in the newsletter - I bought back into TBT this morning at 40.27.

The GDX: GLD has now crossed below the trendline on my chart (Freestockcharts.com). 60 period sto at 82 currently.

Stochastics fell below 80 on the 15 minute, and it's starting to look like a bear flag forming on that chart. I sold.

We broke to the upside yesterday, but seem to be retracing the move at the moment.

on announcement of public offering of 21 million shares.

No, I had stops, in these cases, pretty wide (previous highs, etc.), trying to swing these to no avail. With all the "warning signs" and trying to be cautious about going long, I didn't have any longs. But the shorts were only about 15% of my entire portfolio. This is a VERY hard game to play....

Anyone else see a clear 5 wave structure down on FXE /up on EUO on the 5 min chart? I want to get into EUO on an ABC correction. Am I seeing this right? Wish I could post a screenshot but I haven't got that together yet.

If that is not an impulsive move to the down side, I have learned nothing. Please correct me if I am wrong about this being very likely 1 of 5 on a 15 min SPX chart!

Great area to buy SMN here, just above the 20 day ma.

GDX just gave a second chance down near the lower trendline, so I took it. Keeping the fingers crossed, and a stop at 52.

I played the quick bounce last week, for about 1.5% gain. But I didn't go short after that. So I'm flat at the moment.

yeah, I guess that's it in a nutshell. was hoping for a bounce today. maybe tomorrow?? we'll see.

I have been waiting for an oversold bounce, but GDX has moved again below its 200ma. How do you view the prospects for a bounce now that it has drifted down below the 200ma?
