USO is creeping up and oil etfs are tanking could be same tax selling..

gold made bigger move than october and the etf's have lagged could be tax lose selling who knows but they need to catch up. jnug was over 10.00 in the 1246 gold move in october over 1250 trading at 7.60  thoughts?
